How to Book:
You can schedule your first appointment by:

Or submitting an online appointment request
Antenatal Bookings:
If you are booking your first antenatal visit, we recommend scheduling it between 8 and 10 weeks of pregnancy.
Urgent Appointments:
If your matter is urgent, please let our reception team know when you call. They will speak with one of our doctors, and we’ll do our best to offer an expedited appointment, based on clinical urgency.
Before Your Visit:
To help us provide the best care from day one, please:
- Download and complete the appropriate New Patient Form:

You can email the completed form to us before your appointment or bring it with you on the day.

Referrals and Medicare Rebates
To be eligible for a Medicare rebate, you must have a valid referral from a general practitioner or another specialist before your appointment.
Without a valid referral:
- You will need to pay the full consultation fee
- No Medicare rebate can be claimed
If you do not have Medicare (e.g. overseas visitors), you may still be able to claim a rebate through your private health insurance or international health fund. Please check directly with your provider.
How to Provide Your Referral
You’re welcome to book your appointment first — then have your GP or referring doctor fax the referral to us before your scheduled visit.
