How to book an appointment

To make an appointment obtain a current referral from your GP or specialist.

Then call (08) 6270 0123.

If an antenatal first visit, please book for between 8 to 10 weeks pregnant.

About referrals

Referrals are available from most GPs, Nurse Practitioners and other medical Specialists. 

You will not be eligible for a Medicare rebate unless you have a valid referral.

 

• A referral for a consultation from a GP or Nurse Practitioner is valid for 12 months. 
• A referral for a consultation from a Specialist is valid for 3 months. 
• A referral is not needed for patients who are not eligible for Medicare.

Appointment arrival

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time as there may be some documentation or other matters to attend to before your appointment.

It is also helpful if you bring your referral letter, reports and results  you have.
